Our Process
1. CONSULTATION: We will take our time going through each room in the home and taking notes along the way. We may also ask important questions, make specific recommendations, and select/rearrange items that may help to highlight a space or nook during the walkthrough.
2. REPORT: We put together a detailed written report, from the curb to the backyard, pointing out any repairs and changes that need to be made to make the strongest impression possible. Each room will get a detailed assessment of what should be done to make it more appealing to the buyers.
3. PREPARATION: After you have reviewed the written report, and decided to partner with us, we will proceed with the recommended changes, including staging, redesign, and decluttering. We can also help refer reputable vendors who can assist with the rest of the work, including cleaning, painting and photography.
4. EXECUTION: To keep things from getting overwhelming, we will walk you through the process to ensure that everything is done just right. Then, you just have to wait for the offers to start rolling in!
