1. Consultation
We will take our time going through each room in the home and taking notes along the way. We may also ask important questions, make specific recommendations that may help to highlight a space or nook during the walkthrough.
2. REPORT (Occupied Staging):
We put together a detailed written report, from the curb to the backyard, pointing out any repairs and changes that need to be made to make the strongest impression possible. Each room will get a detailed assessment with suggestions, inspirations and retail links of what should be done to make it more appealing to the buyers.
Our Process
1. CONSULTATION: During a walk-and-talk session, we guide you through each room, highlighting specific recommendations and repairs that help you effectively stage your property for sale using the furniture and accessories you already own. This visit typically lasts between 1h30min to 2h.
2. CONSULTATION + REPORT: We offer a one-hour walk-through of each room, taking notes and providing suggestions on how you can best stage your property for sale using the furniture and accessories you already own. In 48 hours after the consultation, we send a detailed written report summarizing our discussion. This report highlights specific recommendations and repairs needed to make the strong impression possible. Additionally, we include photo inspirations and purchase links to facilitate a faster and more seamless staging process.
