Our Process
1. CONSULTATION: A one-hour walkthrough of the property will be conducted, followed by a detailed written report that identifies necessary repairs and provides specific recommendations. The report and corresponding staging quote are submitted to clients within 48 hours of the property visit.
2. AGREEMENT: Once we receive the approved quote, signed contracts, deposits, and property access, we will proceed with the home staging process
3. PREPARATION: We create a plan that features furniture and decor to showcase your home’s best attributes.
4. STAGING: We bring in our selected accessories and all materials needed to stage the rooms, emphasizing your home’s strengths and minimizing its weaknesses.
5. DESTAGING: Once the house sells, we will schedule a time to remove all furnishings from the property.
