1. Consultation
We will take our time going through each room in the home and taking notes along the way. We may also ask important questions, make specific recommendations that may help to highlight the space during the walkthrough.
2. Report (Occupied Staging)
We will put together a detailed written report, from the curb to the backyard, pointing out any repairs and changes that need to be made to make the strongest impression possible. Each room will get a detailed assessment with suggestions, inspirations and retail links of what should be done to make it more appealing to the buyers.
3. PREPARATION
After you have completed most or all the recommendations from our consultation and followed our report instructions, we will come in and spend up to 3 hours helping you adjust, correct, and perfect your house in time for the photographer.
Our Process
1. CONSULTATION: We analyse the space that will be organized and discuss about your goals and expectations, and what we can do to make it functional for your needs.
2. REPORT: We put together a detailed Organization report, which includes specific recommendations to optimize your space.
3. PREPARATION: Gather all the accessories needed to make the project. Together we go through the objects one by one to keep only the necessary items.
4. EXECUTION: Arrange items by categories: colors, size, functionality, types… adding some organizing tools to make it practical on your daily basis.
