What do professional stagers do?
We will evaluate your home's current condition, make recommendations on how to improve its overall appeal to potential buyers and marketability. Then we put those suggestions into action by rearranging the furniture, bringing in new décor or helping you declutter.
Does staging help sell?
Yes! Only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of a home. The purpose of staging is to make buyers fall in love with the home, increasing the perceived value while creating an emotional connection. Staged homes historically sell faster and for more money than those that aren't staged.
What does your staging include?
For a simple stage decoration, we often use art, painting, accessories, light fixtures, greenery, and rugs to stage the home, giving potential buyers a more attractive first impression of the property. We also rearrange and/or rent furniture temporarily.
How long is a house staged for?
Overall, we find that an average occupied home can be staged in 8 hours or less, and a vacant home in 2 days or about 16-18 hours. If your home is vacant, it is best to contact us at least 2-3 weeks prior to listing. An occupied home may require less lead time, based on the staging needs.

We highly recommend stage your home before selling! Staging is designed to showcase a home's best assets, impress buyers, and sell it quickly for the highest possible price. Because not all sellers stage their homes, you'll be at an advantage if you choose to stage your property.
I’ve booked a Consultation, what should I prepare prior to the appointment?
Nothing, just leave it to us. During our Consultation meeting we will make recommendations while selecting items that will help stand out in the space. You will receive a detailed written report outlining our proposal and everything you need to know in order to make your home more attractive to buyers.
